i have been going back and forth to las vegas since 1998, i have a home in pittsburgh, but i am looking for a second residence in vegas, i have rented rooms in the past, however i know have to use public transportation, so i dont want to be that far off strip, lately ,i jus been trying to get the best room rates, and been staying at the stratosphere, i used to do the budget suites back in the day when the stardust was around, and craigslist is hit or miss , you just dont know what your getting into , if anyone is in my situation i appreciate the insight, i do gamble for a living ,but its not something i like to tell people who arent in our circle , as we know we get frowned upon, although i dont live the glamour, sports betting ,and playing cards is all i know , i live it and breath it, and i make enough to support my family ,and get by, i grew uo in the drug game ,but i been to federal and state prision, and quite frankly i'm sick of using drugs to fund my bankroll, so these days the bank isnt as big ,but i will at least stay outta prision, thoughts on good furnished places to stay would be appreciated, or am i better off jumpin hotels for best rate?

During Basketball season I use to stay at Fun City just below Sahara. 500 a month cable maid Ididn't care about wifi. Right on the strip and I could roll out of bed and be in the Sahara sportsbook in 5 minutes, such as it is..All the public transporttation and I use to walk up to the Mirage at 1-2 in the morning with never a hassle. Theres got to be alot of cheap monthly rentals in those motels between Sahara and Stratasphere. GL

during week rooms are like 17 bucks, but thats not the only benefit. You are within 100 yards of 5or 6 different betting lines. So you can get the best price on your games all the time. This will make the 20 dollars for the room pay for itself every day.
They also have low limit poker all over the downtown area.
Take my word on this one man, its a no brainer

The best part about this post is when he says he's ashamed to tell people he gambles for a living but he has no problem mentioning he's a drug dealer who's been to the federal pen
