Hey guys, I know these threads sprout up all the time, but any help you can provide would be cool.
I'm going to Vegas for two weeks tomorrow, and just had a couple of questions about the sportsbooks. I just want to know what are the best sportsbooks?
I don't care about comps, drink service, or any of those kind of things. I only care about which ones have the widest selection of lines, totals, first and second half lines, if any of them have overnight lines. What are the general betting limits in Vegas sportsbooks?
I'm going to be grinding mostly in the sportsbooks, so obviously this information is important to me. I've been betting online for the last 12 years, so this will be first time betting in Vegas. Any help my Covers friends could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome! Have been several times and it's like Disney World for adults. Always get free rooms at Treasure Island. Anyhow IMO the easiest most extensive sportsbook that I used was South Point which as it's name suggests is on the far southern stretch of the strip. Rarely busy and very easy to use. Have a great time.

Yeah two weeks is a while, but not going to drink it up. Just sports betting and poker.

Yeah that's what I hear. I can only be there for the last week of regular season and week of conference tournaments.

Personally, I am partial to the Venetian on the Strip. Good deals usually available on suites and within easy walking distance to Ceasar's Palace and the Mirage.

I go often and they are all about the same as far as lines and bets. Bellagio has been good luck for me and MGM is also nice. Haven't made it to So. Point but may drop by next trip.
We won big yesterday so there was some talk in my gang about making another trip for the NCAA finals. I personally like the busy loud sports books. It's fun for me to meet total stangers from the East Coast or where ever and get some fun give and take. If you make a late decision on a play you can get it in in 5 mins. or so.
