I have stayed at all of them. I have to admit, I was upset at the Wynn over a customer service issue on my last trip. OMG, did they step up and make it right.
I love all of them and they are all truly 5 stars but the Wynn moved up to 5.5 on my last visit.
I have never been as impress a hotel staff as I was with the staff at the Wynn. Plus the place is just plain gorgeous. I do think there sports book could be a bit bigger and have more comfortable seating.

The half back seats are only comfortable for so long. I think the book is large enough.

Well I just returned from Vegas. Hopefully don't bore you all but here is my recap of the trip.
Stayed there for 4 nights from 24th May to 28th May. I ended up staying at the Bellagio and got a room facing the fountain so that was pretty cool. I went with my girlfriend so I couldn't really do anything wild.
Day 1:
We both spent the entire day walking from one end of the strip starting at Mandalay Bay and went in and out of all the hotels and casinos. That was great but then heat was terrible, it was mid 90's when we were there so had to go really slow. Went on the rollercoaster at NY-NY as well. I really liked the Cosmopolitan (actually spent a lot of time around the City Center area). We so tired that we ended up just having a quiet night at the Bellagio, had dinner and pretty much slept early.
Day 2:
We took the helicopter ride early to the Grand Canyon. One word - awesome. It didn't come cheap for 2 people but it was well worth it. We went through Sundance helicopters, they picked us up in a Limo which was a nice touch as well. We did the floor landing at the Grand Canyon so had a champagne breakfast there. Simply amazing view of the Canyon. It was the highlight of my trip. We were back in the hotel by around 10 am but because of the early start we both pretty much hit the sack until about 1pm. Took a taxi and went to Rio for a lunch buffet. All I can say is I have never seen a buffet with so much food Although the lunch was awesome I was disappointed with the limited dessert selection, but anyway we were both full from the lunch that there was little room for desert anyway. Took the taxi back and dropped us off at the Encore/Wynn. We ended up finishing off the hotel walk around that area that we were unable to cover the previous day (Treasure Island, Pallazzo, Venetian etc). Took the gondola ride at the Venetian as well. By the time we walked back to the Bellagio it was about 5pm. Took a power nap and then headed out to watch the early show of the "O" which was at the Bellagio itself. That was spectacular and we both really enjoyed the performance. After that we went to Planet Hollywood and had a quick bite to eat. My girlfriend gave me a 1 night free pass so decided to head out to Spearmint Rhinos. Girls there was nice, got a 30min lapdance from a hot blonde there (ask for Rianne if ever you go there) After that I headed back to the Bellagio, spent a couple of hours at the casino.
Will recap my last 2 days bit later.

Try Kino's Motel off the strip in between downtown. Your lady friend will be very impressed.
They serve a continental breakfast of stale coffee and a piece of bread. Get a tetanus shot because the mattress's are poking springs. Very nice quality people will lurk around your windows all night. Stayed there when I was 22 and fuckin loved it!
Oh yeah, and they also got free HBO
