Anyone can participate, some of the rules include-
The stock in question must be at least listed on the OTCBB and have a reasonable spread at the time of purchase, and purchases are made at the OFFER, (so if you pick a stock that has a 30 cent spread you pay the offer, not the bid etc).
You can make a round trip trade once during the year and take a position in a second stock after the sale. You also can sell the second stock at any time and be finished with the competition.
The competition will close upon the closing on the 8th of January.

I am going to have to call you on that .775, I show 1.02 as the only trade today..and having warrants which trade on the pinks is not within the boundaries of the contest anyway.
So you either gotta go with a non pinks stock, or take the current trade on those illiquid warrants, or you can wait it out and take an actual TRADE at some point in the week.
The whole issue about non pinks and inside the spread is made with this example. The last sale was .775, but we dont know what the bid/ask is and the trades on these are a few hundred or thousands at best.

We'll call it 1.02 I wasn't trying to cheat that's just the last price and since I've been posting about these warrants since .50 thought you'd give me the benefit of the doubt. As I said this will be at 4 shortly so 1.02 is good
