If you'd been paying any attention this week, you would know that the FED is planning on winding down Bond Purchases in June.... effectively ending QE2 !!
There are no plans for QE3. The FED is transitioning from stimulating the economy, to deciding when to increase interest rates.
Feel free to do some deeper reading on the subject... Knowledge is your friend.

which also means interest rates may hold longer than expected. If a major budget deal goes down, it won't mean cheap money forever, but it will change the Fed's strategy for how to keep the recovery going. That you can count on
