'nother week in the books, Dow is really lagging of late but for Friday my play is for the DJIA to finish positive 4x

Hats off to you,  but it is nearly impossible to pick the day to day movements of the stock market.  Many smart people before me have already announced that.   

Leave the gambling to Sports.    ""Invest"" in the stock market,  don't trade it. 

When I struggle with sports I try other propositions.  Sports betting is fun but the game only goes for like 2-3 hours.  The stock market is open for 6 1/2 hours not to mention futures after-hours. It creates a lot of excitement.

Tuesday

Add: Dow to drop more than 777.77 points to win 40 units

The futures aren't always right so don't always go by that.  I'm not doing so great with these to start the year but I prefer taking the Dow to finish positive. We'll see what happens Monday.

The Dow was up nicely today(mon) and my Boeing(BA) and Pfizer(PFE) jumped,but there's still an hour to go.

That last hour of trading is wild sometimes, I might buy some Pfizer those vaccine stocks are of interest to me

What you think about Meta/FB? Seems like a good buying opportunity not sure if I should wait a little more or not 

I do not like it long-term...yet.  I bought some calls this week and sold them at a 67% profit.  But that is just picking and choosing an opportunity to day trade it.  From what I can tell a lot of analysts look for them to struggle for a bit more time.

 Think I¡¯m going to wait a little more. I usually buy too early on dips. 

I understand you might feel that way.  But what if you missed the ¡®dip¡¯?   How would you determine it was a ¡®dip¡¯?  Or that is was over and headed back up?

Just be careful.  You need to have a solid reason to think a stock may go back up after a sudden drop. 

I would wait just my opinion there are better opportunities right now with some of the mainstays such as Amazon and Tesla

Thoughts on Roku?

Bought some at the bell. Who doesn¡¯t have a Roku in their houses nowadays?
