Agree with wall street their cash and short-term debt raises flags. Other than that their inc statement looks good. Growing revenue and net income. They have 3 M in cash and 185 mil in short-term debt. Not sure how that is going to work
They have decent return on equity at 11% and analysts expect it to grow at 15%. If you can get over the cash flow, the stock is dirt cheap, P/E ratio of 7 when it is expected to grow at 15% over the next 5 yrs. The only 3M in cash and 185 mil short term debt is worrysome.
The company's CFO and other financial managers suck balls. They have so little cash because over the last 3 years they have lost a shit load of cash from investments which is pitiful. They need a new CFO asap.
But, overall DMND is cheap as hell and is growing year over year. The cash and debt raises a red flag but if the company didn't lose so much from investing every year they wouldn't be so bad off.
Already bounced off its 52 wk low. How much lower can DMND really go. This may very well be a bottom for them, could be wrong though.
