Wall we are looking to flip first,I will look to rent once I own more than a few.The site Im look at these properties on says no liens clear titles.There is another site I look through where the auctions take place at courthouse and I believe these are the ones that can come with extra baggage.
Im in the construction industry so we will be doing most of the work except plumbing,electric and hvac work.Luckily I have a cousin who does hvac work and one of my neighbors is an electrician..my wife works for the city and is in daily contact with all kinds of tradesmen(shes in permits) so I know I could find a reliable plumber to do some sidework for cash.
Ive done a ton of work for some wealthy folks who made their money in real estate and have talked with them all trying to learn some tips.Most say their biggest returns actually come from lower level properties..has this been your experience?Im actually looking to start in a house Id be willing to live in lol
