I hope this was not a play you made. But just a hypothesis you had.

You cannot dismiss unemployment numbers but they have been factored into the market for some time now.

See you are new here. I see a few people expressed that sentiment based on that reasoning.

You have to look into other things at the same time. Earnings reports would be an interesting factor coming up. Everyone knows they will be down. But will they be down even more than expected?

Also, I would be careful trying to call a market move from day-to-day. It is akin to the sports gambling adage of �� if is is too good to be true, it usually is. And if everyone is on the over it may be time to play the under etc.

Never forget that calling a market daily is day trading. And when you do that you are basically playing against professionals that play the market for a living.

I would always keep a longterm perspective with investing.

If you were just hazarding a guess �� then, sorry for the diatribe �� and was as good a guess as many others had today. peace_5
