Unless you are a NY resident (like I am) you can still get it on Uphold or Bitrue. Once they win the lawsuit it will be re-listed by the other exchanges but by then you would be missing out on big profits. When the dust settles and XRP is declared a currency it will SKYROCKET. ATH coming soon but within the next 2-3 yrs I think were looking at a $100 coin and on its way to $1000+
