Anyone on this? I just bought 2k shares today at 1.41. The alzheimer's market will be huge. The drug they have now sucks. I know someone who has a family member on the only drug out there and it is ineffective. Phase 1 trials showed a drug that was way more effective than the shittt drug on the market now. Do some DD on this company and let me know what you think. This could be a big winner guys.

Looks like an all or nothing situation.

With the stock being as low as 15 cents this year, this price seems a bit high and valuation high given they are in phase 1 and with really no revenues for a while.

Cash should last them another year or so but when they start getting into more expensive phase 2 and 3 that burn will rapidly increase and they will either dilute via stock sales or someone will come in and offer cash for equity and dilute that way.

Also at phase 1 as you say, thats years away from any action...unless a mid size bio has a peek and like what they see at these lower prices and maybe scoops them up, but anything over say like 75 cents seems kinda pricey to me.

They also have a parkinson's and epilepsy drugs that look promising. A few things about the company

1. 8 Million in cash but with now 120m shares, looks like they have 14+million in cash with warrants exercised.
2, Burn rate including trials only 500k/month, so 28 months of money available and more cash coming.
3. We intend to identify and initiate discussions with potential partners in the next 12 months, Who else wants to make at least 100% in a year?
4. The data demonstartes SIGNIFICANT improvement in the reduction of seizues to three GENERATIONS of epilepsy drugs currently on the market as well as significant synergy with each of thes drugs. Go alone or another partnership/buyout ! ( better results than GWPH )
5 Michael J Fox grant for parkinsons
6. Patent granted for major CNS diseases for lead drug
7. Lead drug focus on Alzheimers, Parkinsons, depression, MS, multiple cancers. Less

I think that burn is going to ramp up as you know...so burn now at phase 1 and 2A is not burn at late 2 and into 3.

Did you get some under 1? If not where did you buy in?

And yeah nice biotech move ramped the NAZ today, almost crazy ramp...like what a near 4% turn from open to close??

I'm in at 1.41

This thing was going up even when the biotechs were getting hammered. Just got a good feeling on this one bro. If she goes down, I'm gonna add.

I had a chance to get in at 1.00 a few weeks ago. I'm kicking myself. Just because I was short the market and had all my money on the short side. I'm just getting in now because I don't think this one is going lower. Just my view.

I don't think so. It's because of an investor conference and data coming out soon that hopefully will confirm what we already know. The pill works! And better than the only one on the market. Way better. The market was tanking and this stock still went up. Even during that bad stretch of days the biotech's got clobbered. It was up. So I don't think that's the case bro

WOw. We were up today about 6 cents then down goes Frazier. Some stupid website decided to post a BS article about the stock and everyone dumped. Perfect timing right on the day when RSI was exactly 80

Anyways after the bell they are doing a reverse split so they can get listed to the Nasdaq.

I hate reverse splits...I really do.

I hope that the NAZ listing turns into something good but sheesh I hate a reverse split.

Today look at the biotech index move..lots of damage today, heavy volume too.

Yeah, but in reality splits and reverse splits mean nothing. SO I'm not worried. Had a nice day today. Good volume. Things are settling down now I think. I'm just gonna be brave and hold til the big day in November. The data will be great. I'm very confident.

Hell yeah Walls

I'm lovin it. So it's up almost 100% since I first bought it. This baby is flying. Looks like a Nasdaq uplisting coming. The data is going to be presented in about 3 weeks. If it's good she should run even more. I got a good feeling here. THe bad news is, RSI is hovering around that 80 mark. Overbought technically. Hope there isn't another well timed short article published somewhere by some short site. WE shall see

RSI does not mean much...that can sit at 80 or higher for a year and it wouldnt be a sell signal.

RSI really is something I almost ignore on its own..it is a trailing indicator and not very reliable. Draw some support resistance lines and let it keep going until it breaks a support line.

The only risk you run doing that is if something really bad happens and it crashes through it..say like that data coming out in 3 weeks that you mentioned.

Nice hit JMC...

I dont get it personally, that news about someone giving them money for shares underpins the issues going forward..

The next year will be heavily cash flow negative and thus equity negative.

A move like this with the current state of progress is too much, way too much.

But that said...good job, thats a huge hit.
