I have almost the same problem that mybookiesucks had. I have over $3000 in my account with mybookie.ag and requested a bank wire for $2500 on March 2, 2017 thinking that in a week or 10 days it would be done. After a couple of weeks, I called and they said I had the wire which I didn't so they basically were trying to accuse me of scamming them. I sent in my bank statement as they requested to prove I had not received it. They finally said it was on my bank and I needed to get in touch with them. Mybookie.ag finally sent me a document supposedly from their processor and I saw immediately that the name of my bank and routing number were not on the document and I sent it to my bank and they said that was the problem. Mybookie.ag told me it was not necessary for the bank name and routing number to be on the document. Are they smoking crack or something? I knew then that these people were lower than whale crap. They supposedly have tried to withdraw funds from their processor and they originally said it could take 2 weeks. Well it has been almost 5 weeks and apparently it has not happened. When I finally filed a complaint with sportsbookreview.com Laura from the payout dept. called me and was absolutely furious. The war has just begun as far as I am concerned and I want to cost them as much as I can by warning people about this scumbucket lying ass sportsbook. They even acted like this has not happened before but I have seen posts by bettors and why all these watch dog sites refuse to not down grade them is beyond me but then again we know why. Sportsbookreview has contacted them on my behalf, but the bottom line is they can't make them pay. With all the payout complaints that they have had because of their processors it is amazing that they can stay in business. Anybody can defend them if they want, but the bottom line it is their responsibility to pay people on time and use processors that have enough brains to put the name of the receiving bank and routing number on the document. It may not do any good, but I am going to try and warn people about this scumbucket outfit as much as possible. I can prove everything that I have said so if you read this and get screwed it is your fault.

glad you got paid, still a horrible book that should be avoided,on their bitcoin deposit page it says" "In order to deposit using BITCOINS, please contact Customer Support. We are currently upgrading our system. Our cashier option will be back shortly." It has said that for over a year
