The only way I can withdraw my funds from 5dimes is with Bitcoin. I don't have an account with Bitcoin. I could really use some help from the sharps on this forum. I could really use some tips on how to set up an account and also what information exactly does 5dimes need to send the money to a Bitcoin account? Thank you all.

I am in the same boat.
After many hours of research and watching Youtube videos on bitcoin and mainly bitcoin wallets, I dawnloaded the Exodus wallet and used it to send a request to 5D for a cash-out. got their confirmation and am waiting for it to show up in my Exodus wallet.
hope this helps.

Copied my Exodus wallet address and pasted it on 5d's website . And they sent me a confirmation shortly afterward. That was 6 days ago, and its listed as pending now on their website.

Best to call them as they can walk you through it.
You go to your 5d site under security tab you turn on your dba. Not sure what it stands for but that is what is required to do. Then you create a btc wallet. With the wallet made, you can find an address where you get incoming btc. You copy that address n you paste it on the payout btc section of 5d. You have to call 5d to verify your info and they might ask you to send the front n back of your driver license.
Once the btc from 5d is in your wallet, you have an option to keep it there n hoping that btc prices will go up or you can convert btc to usd or whatever currency you want and to be sent to your bank account or debit or credit card.
The process is lengthy n if you are old school, it is as though they are intended for you to get discouraged and bail out on your money and the house will gladly take your funds. Scam tactics I say.
The fees for btc is free but if you are a non exclusive player, 3% is collected from you. Dont ask me what a non exclusive player either cuz this is my first time I'm requesting btc. I had to learn how btc is played cuz I'm middle schooled do I'm able to absorbed this millennium new aged btc stuff n their lingo.
I'm on my 2nd day of waiting. It said up to 4 days so I dunno about that now that a massive exodus of us USA players are cashing out n run. Even if they stiff us, we cant do anything. If they want us to gain their trust again, they better pay.

FYI, I submitted for two bitcoin withdrawals. One for $3500 and one for $1500. It took two weeks before the first request was flagged for phone verification. I was asked to call them, and my info was verified over the phone. It then took about 3 days before I was sent an email asking for verification of my withdrawal request. I responded via email and then was sent BTC within a day. I am now waiting for the second request to be completed. My second request was submitted about a week after my first request.
