I may be saying this with bias but I still think the Raps have a chance of making the eighth seed in the east. If Lowry comes back and plays the way he was there isn't a team other than the heat and celtics they can't beat on any given night. Nets and pacers haven't been looking that impressive. Seems like the pacers, bulls, bucks, cavs, raps, nets will be the teams between 5th-10th. In no way do I think the raps will finish any higher than 7th, but its possible they sneak in there if Bargnani and Derozan step up.
