Does anybody know how to retrieve your sign-in information and your password. A friend of mine got a brand new phone and now he can't sign back into the account because he doesn't remember what it was

Hello moneyformo,

There would be both the forgotten username and password options when attempting to login, this would require the email address associated with the account. If you do not receive an email after 5 minutes you can attempt to send it again, but please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as it may end up there. If no email is received there is a chance the email address you are entering does not have an account associated with it.
