Hey Stagee2000,

On the Leaderboard page there would be a star next to everyones name. Select the star next to the users you wish, and go to the following tab near the top of the leaderboard page to only show the selected players.

Hello Stagee2000,

Once on the leaderboard page for the Streak Survivor contest, there would be an outline of an orange star next to each users name. Once selected it will fill in the outline and add the user to your following list.

If the page does not appear to show these, I would recommend clearing your browsing data and cached images and files, this can be done within your browsers settings.
