Just in terms of the economics. could this fight be staged? I mean the first victory goes to pacman, rematch then mayweather, then rematch again. Or a draw in the first fight then pacman, moneyman, then rematch. Probably over a billion dollars in prize money.
BTW, I'm for pacman. both can get hurt. mayweather may try to dodge, but pacman will be hunting for the whole fight.
Not impossible, there is a rumor going around that Deonay Wilder fights are fixed. I watched one of early fights against a 300 guy, who gased out in a minute or so, but before he got KO'd, he dropped Wilder, the ref didn't count or anything, it looked like a legit knockdown to me. Plus the Malik Scott fight is very suspect (notice the fight was in Puerto Rico, no US investigation, like Liston/ Clay fights). If he was the real deal, he should have been able to beat Stiverne by KO, but it went the distance. Stiverne could have made more by fixing the fight than if he won, if he did win he would have had to fight Wlad (he would have got killed), so a payoff makes the most sense (both financially and health wise).
There is something funny about how the fight got made, despite Manny not dropping his promoter/ HBO. Boxing is very shady business so anything can happen.
I just have a feeling for all this hype and for the time it took to book this mega fight, it doesn't seem like enough prize money, at least for mayweather. He can book and choose 3 fights and make the same amount of money and saving his record. pacman's money goes a long way in Philippines if he doesn't waste it, ie entourage etc.
Either way, I have watched both fighters. I hope they both come out swinging.

But it would lose every other bet except Draw and fight goes distance, so every Floyd by Dec. or KO, Manny by Dec. or KO, plus all of the props (KO rounds etc). That doesn't mean nothing crazy can happen, if the fight makes 300-400M and it is close or leaves the fans wanting more (Pacman vs JMM4), the rematch would be close to a Billion I'm sure.
