Max Verstappen looks to make it two in a row, both in terms of the 2024 calendar and at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Verstappen won the inaugural event at the Las Vegas Street Circuit in 2023 and finally got back in the winner's circle in his last race.
See how he measures up against the rest of the field in the early Formula 1 odds for the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix on Sunday, November 24 at 1 a.m. ET.

Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024 pre-qualifying favorites
Max Verstappen won the first Las Vegas Grand Prix last year and took the top spot on the podium at the Sao Paulo GP in his last race, breaking a 10-race winless stretch in the process. At +185, he's drawing the shortest odds in this year's field, but that's hardly a vote of confidence akin to what he was seeing at his pinnacle.
Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc are next in line at +230 and +285, respectively. Norris last won in Singapore on September 22 while Leclerc found the winner's circle more recently at the United States GP on October 20.
Verstappen is not the dominant force we've seen the past few years, as his recent prolonged drought attests, but he won this event last year and is still en route to claiming another Drivers Championship since the rest of the field hasn't produced a singular challenger to his status atop the leaderboard. Next year may tell a different story, but he's still on top for now.

Understanding F1 betting odds
The most popular way to bet on Formula 1 odds is by simply picking the winner of a particular race. Other popular F1 betting options include which car/constructor will win and whether or not a particular race car driver will end up on the podium with a Top-3 finish.
F1 race odds usually look like this:
- Sergio Perez +1,400
This means that on a $100 bet, you'll stand to profit $1,400 if Perez wins that particular race. If one driver is especially dominant, you might see a minus sign (-) ahead of that driver's odds like this:
- Max Verstappen -120
This means that you would need to bet $120 to win $100 on Verstappen winning the race.
