Alright covers members, I'm hoping to run a covers NBA capping competition. I hope many participate, not sure how many of you go on the NHL forum but samdude has a great competition going and so I hope we can carry off that competitiveness here on to the NBA forum. I'm actually interested in this a lot because it gives me a chance to document all of your plays and possible follow some of you and try to make better wagers.
And yes I do have the time to do this where next semester I'm working from home
... So here are the Rules of the competition very similar to your play of the day
1.) All unit plays are $100, you cannot bet more, you cannot bet less
2.) ML, Points Spread, Over/Under and Team Totals are the only types of wagers you can play. First half second half over/unders, Teasers, Props are not going to be accepted.
3.) Any false wagers will result in a warning and 2nd time you will be suspended for 2 days with the penalty: not make a wager for those 2 days.
4.) Please post your line along with your play obviously
5.) Depending on the number of players there will be a cutoff in mid February (I will post later when that exact date will be)
6.) Playoffs format will be starting when there are 8 members left. Head to Head battles
Other than that, that is pretty much it so who wants in?!??!? Oh btw might be a prize
