A theme is quickly developing. Not sure of the exact record and I don¡¯t think it would benefit my psyche to go through it but in general my first look play is doing well and the rest is trash. At least two of my losses were halftime plays and at least two more were totals. Also one loss (deserved) for breaking my rule and trusting the Mercury with a unit. Nice to see the Sparks pull it out. Game was closer than the final score, IMO.
Enough about that. I just need to stay disciplined and patient.
Eyes on Atlanta for Sunday.

Yes, I was considering ATL 1H, Full game spreads and sprinkle a little on the ML as underdogs. I expect them to come out hungry, push the pace vs Conn, off an emotional 40pt Bonner game.

That’s certainly part of it. Another part is how Atlanta just got embarrassed by the Liberty. This team has playoff aspirations and now sits at 2-4. Their schedule is not going to get much easier in June either. They have 8 games remaining this month(which started with games against LVA and NYL): 2 games against CON, 2 more games against NYL, 2 games against WAS, and a game each against Dallas and Indiana.
Last time I took Atlanta they were coming off an embarrassing loss to the Fever so I definitely like their chances to respond in this one. The big question for me is about who will be handling the ball for the Dream. Probably won’t know before tipoff but with McDonald out, I don’t think starting Hillmon is the move. They need more play making out there. She hasn’t impressed too much to start the season, but it seems clear they need to start Haley Jones at least until McDonald comes back. She ended up playing more minutes than Hillmon, so I’m thinking the coaching staff now understand this. She had 5 assists and no other Dream player had more than 2.

Very busy day for me ¡°in the real world¡± haha. Not much time to research other plays or post much explanation. On the bright side, it does limit me to the one play.
