Not knowing what OS and what addons, etc it's tough to narrow it down. If it is XP try the following. If you see it IE7 in Add/Remove programs in the control panel. Unistall IE7. This will revert it back to the previous IE6, if your computer's browser was upgraded. Reboot and try reinstalling IE7 with the revert version of IE.
If it is not in the Add/Remove. Download/save the full version of IE7 to your PC. Here is the link.
Then unistall IE7 from Add/Remove programs. Reboot. Install IE7 and try again. If it's Vista, might be a little more challenging as Vista is an issue itself, I think.
Also here is a link to a download batch file to re-register all IE7 dlls if that is the issue. It is a safe batch file. I have run it on my own PC.

Also wanted to add the batch file auto registers the DLLs. So you will be clicking OK after each registered dll. There are about 20 or so. Good luck....

tried everything but couldn't fix the problem. In fact IE freezes whenever that message comes up. I've decided to switch IE off that way I do not have to see it again.
Thanks for the help guys!
