First off this isn't MY problem its my soon to be avatar's (for a day or two anyway) problem.
Here's what she's telling me
She has a BB Curve but doesn't know the model # and uses AOL
All her facebook messages go into a spam folder instead of coming across as an alert. It was working fine 2 weeks ago but since then this is her issue. She hasn't changed or added anything to her phone and doesn't know why all of a sudden this is happening.
Here's the issue in her words that she posted on facebook.
ok I thought I fixed the problem but I didn't! why r all my friends response going in my spam mail! urgh! I'm not getting any mess. unless I check spam mail and I can't do that from phone what the f-k!

anyone know why facebook is going into my spam all of sudden I can't fix it someone anyone help its starting to piss me off! URGH!
Any help would be great.
Since she's an avid nascar fan, she even drives the cars on the tracks, I'll make sure the person who solves this gets a free winner.
