No two people would ever agree on the selection of Australia's backs for this one. Nic White was always going to be half, although he's no world-beater. Folau obviously fullback and Ashley-Cooper had to be there somewhere. Foley was pretty much a certainty (and of course has missed out), Toomua you'd expect, probably Kuridrani, Beale to come off the bench, Horne 's been solid, McCabe?? You can pretty much toss them in in any combination. Hard to see that this will work to Australia's advantage against a settled AB backline that picks itself (and yes I would have Smith ahead of Dagg)
This said it is probably up front that the match will be won. Again AB's are more settled and I think their tight 5 are a little harder than ours. The battle of the loose forwards will be tremendous but I think Hooper probably gives us a slight scavenging advantage.
I throw the above few comments in to kick off a discussion. What do you guys think?
