With Crockett and Retallic out and of course no Cruden or Nonu, one might be tempted to think that this AB side looks vulnerable this weekend. Don't be fooled.
While Retallic will certainly be missed, it is not in the tight 5 that AB's will be looking to win. This is where they will be looking to hold their own and they invariably do.. Even though past their collective best, that backrow of Ritchie, Kaino and Read with 250 odd tests between them is still superior to anything anyone else can strut on to the paddock. This 3 will ensure a fair share of possession, stop the Boks pigs from rampaging and cause their own share of problems to the defence around the edges. Nevertheless it is not here either that the AB's will win.
The fact is they will have too much fire power in the backs. Aaron Smith has developed into a real danger, Barrett will have done his job if he does no more than act as a link, Conrad invariably chooses the right options and is all class and the other 4 can chop any defence to shreds.
South Africa are never easy at home but this current crop of All Blacks is arguably one of their greatest ever and that cannot be said of this Boks' side. I expect he AB's commitment and passion to keep them in the hunt up front and their dynamic backs to win them the game.
Getting better than yours for theirs @ -2.5 for a side that hasn't tasted defeat for 22 games (or there about) will do me.
I'm on New Zealand -2.5 @ $2.05.
Good punting all

If u feel -2.5 strong. I think u better bet allblack to win 1-12 @3 bucks. Hi again always
G'day Target
Thanks for your suggestion but I won't be doing that. I don't like betting a margin to land within a window. I'll sometimes back 13+ or say -20.5 for instance but I don't limit my team to a maximum win such as in 1-12.
In this game I'd be totally p*ssed if I took AB's 1-12 and they won 13+
GL with whatever you decide

I like South Africa. I think it's a perfect spot for them, they've named a very experienced side and they'll be hungry at Ellis Park against a team that has nothing to play for.

Nothing to play for? Tell Ritchie that. And you a Kiwi to boot - shame on you!
The All Blacks ALWAYS have something to play for. That's a large part of the reason they win so often.
