I think it¡¯s time to put Rahm in the same category with Tiger and Jack and other champions. The guy gets COVID twice and brings his A game even after time off. I am a fan.

I have nothing bad to say about Rahm at all. Rahm is in his prime and is always a contender even if he brings his "B" game. That being said I am pumping the brakes on the comparisons to Tiger and the all time greats. I have never ever seen anyone come close to Tiger. It takes bringing your A game for many many years to put someone up on that pedestal. Rahm is only 26 and will be 27 later this year. I hope he can stay healthy and have a long and successful career to be in that category. It has less to do with Rahm and more to do with Tiger.
Tiger won 22.8% of his career starts. During those prime years he was winning at a rate I have never seen before and doubt will ever see again. Look at how he finished 2006 and into 2007. He won 7 straight tournaments, I repeat 7 STRAIGHT tournaments.
Tiger not only won but kicked a$$! Here is an interesting stat.....
Victories by 7+ strokes 12 (14.8%)
Victories by 5+ strokes 17 (21%)
Victories by 3+ strokes 32 (39.5%)
Rahm has 6 wins and one major. He is a top 10 machine but will need more than his usual 1-2 wins a year to be in my all time great list. I see him as the best player currently in this era and hope to see him healthy and winning for many years ahead. It sure is a thing of beauty when you see the top players shoot that A+ game

I should clarify.....I meant that Rahm needs to win more than 1-2 times a year on the PGA Tour to be in my all time greats list.
Rahm PGA Tour victories by year...(played in tourneys in 2015 and 2016 with no wins)
2017 Starts 23 Wins 1
2018 Starts 20 Wins 1
2019 Starts 20 Wins 1
2020 Starts 15 Wins 2
2021 Starts 19 Wins 1 (Would have had 2nd at the Memorial if not the WD)
Rahm 5.6% winner on PGA Tour and 13.4% winner on European Tour
Tiger won at huge clip on PGA Tour and even won at 26.1% clip on the European Tour. Tiger has the 3rd most European Tour wins all time and WON 41 of the 157 Euro Tournaments he entered.

I show 13 professional wins including Europe. Three wins in 2020. Won the Memorial, BMW and US Open. Agree he has a way to go to match Tiger but he¡¯s on a heater and gets no respect. No one even mentioned him for FRL or win in any forum I checked. He had decent odds as well. Fool me once¡you can¡¯t fool me again. Rahm to the bank next season. Cheers.

Yes read my posts, majority of those stats are for the PGA Tour. Rahm has 6 PGA Tour wins and 7 European Tour wins. At age 26 on the PGA Tour Rahm has 6 wins, think Tiger had like 30 wins. I don't look down on the European Tour at all but it is way easier than playing on the PGA Tour. His win % on the PGA Tour has to at least double consistently for a very long time to be in my elite player club. Health and consistency are key factors to being elite.
I totally disagree with you on Rahm and respect. He not only is considered one of the best players on tour but also has been the favorite in almost all of his tournaments lately. Majority of people are looking for value when they wager on Outright Win, FRL, etc. Getting Rahm at 8/1-10/1 range is super low considering his win rate isn't that high on the PGA Tour (5.6%). I would rather hedge him later if I have to which is fine. Same goes with FRL on this tourney. He has the lowest odds and it split since he tied with Thomas in the 1st Round. I will include favorites in my FRL but also have to factor in 2, 3, 4 way ties in the 1st Round that greatly reduce the payout. I have played Rahm a number of times at lower odds to finish top 10. I don't usually post that but he hits at a huge clip in the last few years finishing that wager. Last time I calculated it he was hitting like 47.6% in the top 10 for all tourneys played on the PGA Tour. I use to give more analysis but just usually post my plays now and that is it.
I enjoy watching the best players on tour. That being said I enjoy wagering more on the tournaments where the top guys are not present. Looking for value on those 40/1 and higher guys to finish. Doesn't happen as often when you have Rahm, DJ, Morikawa and company showing up. I don't wager as much in these tourneys and looking forward to the new season starting up again soon hopefully when the big guys don't show up.
I look good respectful discussion. Rahm is a stud! No doubting that

Rahm= 1 Major.
Tiger= 15 Majors.
Nicklaus= 18 Majors.
Rahm is not even in the category of Rory and Brooks yet
He is the current best, just as Rory maybe 8 ago, just as DJ was last year, just as Brooks was maybe 3-4 years ago. He is a stud and a great ambassador for the sport. But not even top 40 all time yet.
