What is so important here is not a single Democrat is set to testify against Trump. So anytime you see a MAGA start his clucking with the ¡°deep state¡± nonsense, tell them it¡¯s all Republican witnesses, 86 Republicans, the great majority of which Trump hired himself.

Huffpost reporting that Cohen calls Trump an idiot for refusing to pay legal bills of indicted associates. For example, Giuliani. They could haunt Trump by cooperating with prosecutors. No other president has so many former associates turn against him.

Best case is house arrest here where it gets dicey.
Secret service will not disarm at any point in their mission to protect and serve the government asset.
They will be armed and be with the president through the booking process. The concern is a distraction to replace the president with a duplicate which is not going to happen and hence the legitimate need to be with the former president as their mission stares. They need no authorizing to shoot and kill any threat to their mission ...
As example to brinks with federal reserve property....
There is no way they will leave his side .
As is stated in law and their sworn duty.

Trump said he would turn himself in on Thursday to be arraigned in the Georgia election interference case. A judge set his bail at $200,000.
Dozens have gathered outside Georgia jail to show support for the leader of the trump organized crime mob ahead of his surrender & arrest
The crowd grew as afternoon passed into evening, demonstrators for and against Trump milled around outside the jail. There were more Trump supporters than opponents, but the entire group was outnumbered by media!
It will be the fourth time this year that Trump, is arrested and booked on serious criminal charges.
