What do you like and hate with your poker site?

I play at Fulltilt and Pokerstars, i'll start with the likes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

both have lots of players, easy to find a game,,,,

easy deposit, free withdrawals,,,,

both have good stores to trade your points for merchandise,,,,

points add up quicker at pokerstars, fulltilt has happy hours where you get double points though,,,,,

pokerstars has lower prices in it's store, you need less points,,,,

both sites have plenty of good pro's signed in case you want to be a railbird and watch sometimes,,,,

both have good bonuses,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

you can upload your own avatar at pokerstars, this is cool!!! ,,,,

Now the dislikes ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

when it's someone's turn at pokerstars it blinks, this is very annoying when you're playing with players that dont pay attention!,,,,,,fulltilts timer is much better!

fulltilt has those annoying cartoon avatars, would'nt be so bad except they only have about 25 or 30 to choose from, sometimes you're at a table and 4 or 5 of you will have the same avatar! They either need to add about 100 more or fix it so you can upload your own like pokerstars does!!!!  ,,,,,,,,,,

players disconnect a lot at fulltilt then you have to wait on that annoying 90 second countdown thing, i hardly ever disconnect myself but someone else is all the time,,,,, i dont see many disconnects at pokerstars! ,,,,,,,,,,

you can deposit as little as 10 bucks at fulltilt but you have to cash out $100 minimum,, i think you should be able to cash out any amount, they could allow you 1 free per month or something!,this way players would'nt be cashing out tiny amounts every other day or whatever! ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

If you have a question for support you have to use email at both sites, this could take hours, sometimes the next day! ,,,,,,,,,,,,

both sites have plenty of slow rollers, wheather they do it on purpose or they just dont pay attention it would be cool if there was a way to prevent this, sometimes you have to use extra time for a decision and thats fine but too many players time out every single play no matter what,,,, the site may be letting them play too many tables at once! ,,,, slow players cost the sites big money in the long run, i'm real surprised they put up with it! ,,,,,,

the merchandise in the stores at both sites have thier logo plastered all over it, would be cool to get stuff like NFL hats or tee shirts, or college team stuff or any other kind of stuff that did'nt have the pokerstars and fulltilt logo all over it! ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

What do you like and hate the most where you play???? Maybe one of the site big wheels will read and some stuff may get changed for the better someday!!!! 

One other dislike, both sites allow the use of tracking software, to me this is allowing players to cheat, you should have to go by your notes, memory and how the game is flowing at your table! ,,not by some software program that tells you the opponents stats and tendency's!!! 

I play at Carbon Poker.

The good:
Receive 35% rakeback. (Playing without it is suicidal)
Free withdrawals.
Easy to multi-table, I really like the software.
Soft games.

The bad:
Particular SNG's sometimes take a while to fill.
I wish they had bigger tournaments. They have a $50,000 guaranteed on Sundays, but I wish there were more.
Like I said, withdrawals are free, but I think the maximum withdrawal is $2500. I wish it was higher.

I'm sure there's more, but I'm playing right now, and can barely think.
