Of course your initial sign up bonus, after that Fulltilt has a new black card promo for cash game players but you'll need to play higher stakes or multi table at the lower stakes, you have to earn an average of 500 points a day and keep it going for a 90 day rolling period then you can trade the points in for cash or live tournament entrys ect,,, not for the micro player though ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Pokerstars has a VIP plan for players that can multi table at the $5 and $10 or higher stakes, you go for Super Nova status, i think you have to earn 1 million points in a year then all your points can turn into cash, over 100k i think!,, they even have a Super Nova elite you can go for,,,,,points add up quicker at pokerstars than at fulltilt i hear,,,, again not for the micro player though which is most of us! ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Pokerstar dont have rakeback but most other sites do, but you'll earn points faster at pokerstars! Check out "poker news daily" ,, if a new promotion comes along they will have an article about it!

oops i should've specified....i mean HOME cash game. what's the best way i can do promotions in a non-expensive way.
