ok guys, im not ashamed to say that im newbie to this game, so i will kindly ask you vets to tell me some general tips for playing TH:
something like:
what is the best hand early (pair AA's or AK suited ) when to call or fold early can i rely on % alot or no are all online casions take 5% from your winnings
and other questions that i cant even think of..

Like others have stated, books are the way to go. You didn't let us know if you are a tournament or a cash game player... For cash games I'd recommend the "Harrington On Cash Games" series. Actually, I'd recommend his tournament books as well.
To answer your specific questions:
1) AA is BY FAR the best hand no matter what. Head to head, AA is a 87% favorite over AKs pre-flop. Download PokerStove (free).
2) Try not to call, ever. If you think you're ahead then you should be betting/raising. If you think you are behind you should be checking/folding. Calling has it's place but a player who calls too much is burning money.
3) Percentages? I really didn't understand this question...
4) All poker rooms apply a rake of some sort... A quick Google search can supply you with the rake% of each site.

Try to play small suited connectors as well, like 67, 89, 45, 56. They are difficult hands for your opponent to recognize and if they get a good flop these small suited connectors can really bust a player by taking all of his stack. Just make sure that if you get no help on the flop for these sort of hands, get out of there immediately.

5) start thinking of money as big blinds, not actual money. This will make it easy to play at and beat the micros (.10/.25) where you will learn invaluable lessons. Similar to the 'unit' concept of SB.
6) DO NOT skip the micros. goes back to proper BR management. I have several friends that kane more playing .25/.50 NLHE (commonly referred to as 50NLHE ((100bb))) than they would make playing 10/20 (or 2000 NLHE) because of the skill disparity.
7) Dont listen to all the 'poker is rigged' naysayers. Poker is a +/- EV game and as long as you are making +EV plays you will be profitable in the long run.
8) Dont dwell on bad beats. Remember, AA is only 80% pf vs 2 randoms so expect to lose 20% of the time here. Variance is a double edged sword and will work in your favor exactly as many times as it works against you.

My 2c on this, expect to be 3 bet over and over. 3, 4, and even 5 betting light has become the norm in most games. Thus, if im going to open from EP or even the cutoff, Ill open for less than standard amount, maybe 1.8-2.2x anticipating the button or bb 3 bet then I can make a play back while staying in command of the stack to pot ratios.

My sarcastic reply was a direct response to your, "a/a on these rigged sites are usually bad news. Big blind or small blind usually are set up with the better hand" comments.
It's a bad idea to overplay any hand (unless we are bluffing with adequate fold equity) because we are either building a pot when we are likely behind OR we are limiting the size of a pot we are likely to win, by forcing out weaker holdings which might have called a smaller bet.
NOT because "a/a on these rigged sites are usually bad news".
And,
NOT because we're being "set up".
Slowing down with AA because of irrational fears of "riggedness" or "being set up" is... well... irrational. And that, costs us money.
