I find that stats can sometimes be misleading , depending upon where you get them from , or how they are slanted , and can usually be rebutted with other source material that has a differing opinion and/or slant . 

it makes things altogether very confusing .

1) Abortion after 6 months?

2) The new smut allowed in schools?

3) Allowing children to decide if they want to change their sex?

4) Allowing anyone to come across the border?

5) Sucking our national petroleum reserves to less than 50%?

6) Attempting to force electric vehicles?

7) The way our military withdrew from Afghanistan?

8) Mandating EUA vaccines or lose your job?

9) Disallowing Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine during the pandemic?

10) Sending hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel to continue killing people?

11) Printing money for four years and being stuck with this 1970's inflation? 

12) Creating brownouts across the country due to reducing coal and oil for solar and wind generation?

13) Allowing BLM and Antifa to burn down and takeover city blocks?

If I were you I would pump the brakes around here ala¡¯ Fred Flintstone with your big toe and slow down to a complete stop with the antagonism . There is very little wiggle room in regards to what is deemed acceptable behavior when it comes to staying in line and being ¡° respectful ¡° . We have an employee that we hired 3 1/2 years ago.

She was given tasks but completed none of them.

She just had a performance review and failed it , so she backstabbed her elderly supervisor.

Now she is demanding a promotion in November , but refuses to interview for the new position.

She promises that if she gets the promotion , she will do all of the tasks she did not do before.

But she won't do them now in order to force us to give her the promotion. 

Whats should we do ?
