After going 15-1 to start the season they have lost 5 of 6 scoring a total of 11 goals. They have an elite goalie so they should be fine but there are some decent teams out as of now that could catch them if this slump continues. They are 8 points in the good as of this morning. I heard some fans booing last night towards the end of the St. Louis game.
You learn more from losing than winning. You learn how to keep going.

What a stupid question, not so fast!

1. Helly is elite, and there are only a handful of Goalies out there that can make that claim.
2. Depth - they have solid Top 6 and Serviceable Bottom 6, along with a solid Top 4 D.
3. Last season 98 points was the WC chinning bar (95 year b4), and they currently have 36 points thru almost a third of the season. So if we use 98 as the line to make, they need 62 points in 56 games. That means they need to go slightly over 0.500 to reach 98 points (assumes that they earn some points in OT losses).
Plus they own wins over most of the top teams in the league, incl Avs Stars and Wild. That pace they were on was not sustainable, and a regression was expected at some point.
