Phils' manager ultimately lost the game when he didn't walk Bell and pitch to Chisholm with 2 outs in the bottom of the 11th. That was about as stupid a move as it gets. Bell was hot all day, going 4/5; Jazz was 1/5. So Bell gets the hit to tie the game...Marliins win it next inning.
