I'll be at the Rio this weekend and the Palazzo until Thursday of next week.

Anybody else going heading there this weekend as well?

just got back 3 weeks ago for my birthday..

Love the Rio.. my friend stayed at Palazzo.. go to Emeril's Stadium to bet on games and eat ..

where in DC are you ..

Just got back up to my room at the Rio... needed to take a little cat nap because I've just been worn since I've gotten here earlier this morning. I'll be at the Palazzo next week. I'll probably be at the Palms later tonight watching the Nuggets game and probably go to Moon after the game is over. I have some club passes for PB and Moon if anybody wants to join.

So far I'm 1-1 today, but up close to $250 already after about an hour of Texas hold em'. These tourists are throwing their money away tonight at the poker rooms at MGM and Luxor. I suggest if you are in Vegas and have the slightest clue on how to play - Hit the Hold em tables up NOW at the big tourist casinos on the Strip. Everyone has been wasted since early afternoon watching the playoffs

. Been a very good day so far. Thinking about playing the Over in the Denver/Utah game.

Please elaborate.

I like the over because Denver should have a lot of motivation to show everyone they are a championship team. No George Karl might be more motivation for them right now. But I don't have much time left to post. Gotta go to the Palms

Been working my magic on the books so far. 2-1 and up a good amount off poker.

Looking at the 1st game OKC/LA flying under. Gonna watch it at the Rio sportsbooks - If you're there and you see a guy in a Melo jersey - that's probably me - Holla!

No real input here...LOL , just a question

Is there any sportbooks in Carson City and Reno/Sparks???

If so any experiences that stand out??

I've been to Reno before - they have books there. As far as I know there are books all across the state including the little town of Primm on the border of Cali. Plenty of Cali residents take a day trip up there to place sports bets.

I know Vegas mostly because I used to live here for 3 years.
