It is Closed.

The place is a ghost town and dead compared to 3 - 5 years ago.

Just not same buzz

Sure there will always be ballers, but the money floating around is much much less.

Been living here for 10 years and i find the opposite to be true. Spent the last few weeks hanging down at the strip because of family and friends in town and I was very suprised to see how busy it was. I am also a local graveyard bartender so I get the trickle down effect of people working on the strip all night then coming to my bar and just from talking to them they say Vegas is very close to being back like it was 10 years ago. Between cheap flights and rooms as well as great deals at a lot of the resturants people are flocking here once again!

I was joking, obviously. The OL and I were at the Fashion Show Mall yesterday (yes, I took one for the team). And the fucking place was packed.

I know MWC....I was responding to KellySlaters post of the place being a ghost town. Its anything but. I just had my busiest month in 10 years. Vegas is back!

An estimated 193,000 people are out of work in Nevada, with 140,900 of those coming from the Las Vegas area.
