Question about Las Vegas Books 1/2 point

I ve actually never visited a vegas sportsbook, but I bet online all the time. I am going to visit this summer, and was wondering if anyone knew of any books that offer you to buy the 1/2 points like in football or basketball. Any information on this would be great. thanks

not for certain,,but think that is an offshore only type thing, dont recall seeing that option during any of my journeys --BOL

I think you can do it at almost all books. My friend lives there and buys a lot of 1/2 points. I know for sure he goes to the Hilton and Aria.

NONE of the MGM properties (including Aria) will sell points...not for football or for basketball.

The Harrah's properties have been known to sell; but not on all games.

I buy 1/2 point at the Hilton and Station casinos

Most books will let you buy a 1/2 point, but most won't off the key number 3 in football...vig will move to -120...

Just ask the teller, most allow buying 1/2 pts!!

Not quite certain why some responses here are always wrong...

Again...NONE of the MGM properties....Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, MGM Grand, NY/NY, Monte Carlo, Aria, Bellagio, Mirage, etc....sell 1/2 point....EVER

MGM properties are tourist traps anyway...bet at the Hilton

Actually Ice, Harrah's properties are usually better....and I do not work there. Jay Kornegay, the director at the Hilton, has never lost a dollar in his life...

He runs a great book; but the odds are significantly in his favor...Harrahs can be more lenient...especially with buying points.
