Younger, bigger, nicer, better book, more energy, less smoke, better restaurants/shoppes.
Location is probably the only criteria that's even between the two- and that's just cuz they're both great right there mid-strip.
Oh and one other thing- if you're into the "Pleasure Pit" or "Party Pit" (every hotel calls it something different it seems) table environment, PH's is the best. On a weekend night, almost every dancer is a 25-year old "8+" with a huge fake rack and wearing close to nothing.

Seems you will not get comped drinks for betting in the sportsbook only if you bet horses.
I'll be checking into PH this Saturday for a couple nights. Can't wait.
About their book- It's above average for sure. It's small, but a great layout and has two great quick dining options pretty much right there (a good sandwich place behind it and a Pink's hotdogs in it).
For drinks, I think they'll throw a couple drink tix your way when you bet (maybe 1 ticket for every $50 wagered), but this changes and depends on the guy at the window.
PH book has one of the most "intimate" book environments IMO. Not too big, not too small, but nice and very well located. I'd rank it as my #4 or #5 favorite book in Vegas!
You get 1 drink ticket for every $50 you wager. If you bet a nickle or more they will let you drink as much as you want while your game is on. Full service bar. Top shelf liquor not out of the question. Plenty of different beer choices. I love PH personally and will be out there in March. BOL!
