Can you parlay a Eastern Conference champion pick with a Western Conference champion pick in Vegas, and do they offer futures in general for the conferences?? I'm seeing the Knicks around a 8-1 through 10-1 payout to win the East, and that's quite a strong value in one man's opinion, as I feel it's either Miami's or New York's for the taking.
...I'm think of putting X amount of $ each on these 5 futures parlays, all with NYK as East winner: OKC, SAS, LAC, DEN, and MEM... For example, if the Nuggets and Knicks meet in finals, according to the lines I'm seeing here

I'm going to be offline for 2 days, so to answer the "why not just pick NYK by themselves" question, I did some math. Say you bet $100 on Knicks +975 to win East, that's $1075 total returned to you. If you bet the 5 different parlays I listed at $20 each, from the odds I have looked at, you're getting anywhere from $526 back to $3440 back. To me, that's a strong investment to me as the Spurs (+180 from what I'm seeing) seem real iffy with the constant injuries, but I would put "$20" anyway on them to be sure since they are a great team,. But, with 3 very capable teams ranging from +600 to +1500, I would love my chances at "getting lucky" on a higher payout...
