Heading Vegas the first weekend of the tournament. Obviously looking forward to betting the hoops action. Follow the threads in this forum everyday and have gotten great ideas on food, drink, sportsbooks, etc.
This is my second trip and spent most of the first at The Orleans playing black jack and betting football games.
I did wander down to take in the Freemont Experience, but past thay did not take in much else. I will have an few cocktails, but am not looking to stay intoxicated the entire trip.
Looking for suggestions on stuff to see. One thing I would like to check out is place to smoke a fine cigar as well as the best place to get some deep dish pizza. I realize this is not Chicago or NYC, but surely someone can suggest a pizza place.
Any suggestions and advice is appreaciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks VG. I was hoping you would give me some ideas as your advice is always anticipated. I wish money was no object but how much are we talking. Looking to relax and have a great time.

I haven't tried it yet...but someone here mentioned that the Cosmopolitan has a kick-ass pizza place. At the very least, you need to check Cosmo out...I think it's the coolest new resort here and a glimpse of the future of Vegas. Also...I work at STACK in the Mirage, and the Happy Hour (5-7) has 1/2 price FANTASTIC appetizers and $4 Skyy Vodka drinks. One of the best deals on the Strip. If you want to come for dinner, I can get you 20% off in the restaurant. Let me know. Shep

The only "catch" to getting the deal is that *I* have to make your reservation (a "call party" for me). All I need to know is how many people, what day, what time, what name...and you're good to go! When the time approaches, I'll give you my # and you can just text me the info :) Our company also owns JET...so getting dudes in there for free is super easy (something that you can't normally say in Vegas!).
As for ME...I will be posting up at Caesar's Sportsbook at about 5 am Thursday morning and staying there, SITTING, all freakin' day!! It's my 3rd year in a row, and hope to make it a lasting tradition.
