Finally a thread that really means something!!!
I'm gonna have to visit this thread a few times as I search my memory bank...But...
As to steakhouses: I love Prime (especially the sauces and the sides) and I love SW at the Wynn (been a big fan of David Walzog since he was in NYC)....however, I have become, recently, a strong advocate of N9NE at The Palms. It doesn't get a lot of "play" in the writeups..but the food is outstanding, service is solid, and the environment is "very Palms"..which means entertainers, models, athletes, etc....not stuffy and really great meat.
Most of the steakhouses get their meats from the same distributor out here; the key is always preparation. You really cannot go wrong with almost any top-end steakhouse; but the combination that N9NE gives you makes them my fave at this time.

I'm gonna go with "The Tater" on his call of best quick meal..
I love the Burger Bar at Mandalay Place...the shopping venue that connects Mandalay Bay and The Luxor.. One of the greatest international chefs, Hubert Keller, created this great place....kept it fairly inexpensive (stay away from the Kobe burger and foix gras).
Great service....and make certain that you get a booth...they have tv's tuned to ESPN.

Assume that your bachelor party and question about a group of 20 is one-in-the-same. If not, my answer will fit both questions anyway.
Mon Ami Gabi at The Paris. My favorite bistro on the Strip.
Before moving out here permanently, I would always have at least one meal at this great place on each trip. I could spend $1000 for a dinner (with great wine) at many of my favorite hi-end places in Vegas....but Mon Ami Gabi, at a fraction of that, never disappointed for quality, fun, service, atmosphere..and consistency.
They have a private dining room that seats about 20/24 that would be perfect. The menu choices are great....whether some of the guys want a great burger or a great hanger steak w/pomme frites....The prices (go online and look at their main menu) are excellent. You'll have enough money left to take those limos over to Spearmint Rhino for an evening of fun!
Also...a great location of the Strip across from the Bellagio fountains....

Best Breakfast = Hash House A Go Go
Where is that? Heard about it on food channel. I know vegas well and go there a few tines per year, but have never come across it.... not that I've looked to hard in my usual "condition" out there!

There are 2 of them in Vegas. I think one is at the Imperial Palace but, I have never been there. The location I have been to twice before and would recommend is at 6800 W Sahara Ave. It was shown on an episode of Man vs Food. Very large portions and tasty too.

Gold Rush......
You can go very wrong.
Why would you come to Vegas and do an inferior product that you can get at home with the kids?.....and use your Valpak coupons to save money?....
According to Money Magazine, food and dining destinations brings more money into this town than casinos....seriously
