What's up nation, the skins are my team as well. You'll be hard pressed to find any deals during Madness. The hotels are always pretty booked during this time of year.
Not sure where your flying out of but I live in the DC area and we're flying out of Dulles non-stop each way for about $400, before baggage fees on united. I would suggest trying Harrah's or Bally's, not the best but certainly not the worst either. Good luck man, we will be there from the 17th-22nd at the Wynn but also spending a lot of time at the Mirage and Bellagio books.

My friend is also going to be their and he said the Palazzo is a good spot.. and Emeril Lagasse has a sports bar style place at the palazzo.
