Here in NV online poker has begun and soon NJ it will begin. 888.com has teamed up with Caesars to provide their platform. It is traded on the Grey market in England. EIHDF is the symbol on the OTC market in the US. PYGMF aka Party Poker also traded on grey market has teamed up with MGM, Boyd and TI to provide their platforms.

Up and down sides, from my POV.
PYGMF
Bwin.party poker also provides the platform for Zynga and will kill it if the Federal Govt ever legalizes it. They also are on tv a lot with world poker tour. Downside, their is little volume on this OTC.
EIHDF
888 is huge in Europe and may do well with Caesars, since they own WSOP. A lot of tie ins and satelites with WSOP. They should start site in June.
As of now only Station casinos and Ultimatepoker are operational. They are private companies.
