Got some good feed back for my last idea from here so thought I would try again.
Does anybody have experience buying/selling food trucks and/or working is this business? Is it better to buy one ready to go or buy and outfit it yourself? I dont have time to work on it myself so would paying someone to do costs the same as buying one ready? Ive seen fixers for 14k and a couple ready to go for what I need around 25k.
I have the logistics for the business itself wrapped up, but know nothing about the damn truck.
I need: 1) up the code interior w/ 110 outlets 2) fresh, grey, and hot water 3) frig, freezer 4) 9000 watt gen 5) 4 burners 6) at least 2 40lb porpane tank set up 7) 36" work space 8) somesort of warming station

Looking for specifics. Costs of fixing up one as opposed to buying a ready to go food truck. Ive checked out multiple trucks and diff. in price can range drastically without visible difference. Whats expensive on the SOB and whats just flasy bs.
