The meet is loaded with good races & some dynamite prices. Tyler is heating up, Irad has been insane, Linda Rice has been en fuego & Billy Mott entrants consistently pay nice prices. Full fields make for some interesting decisions that have to be made. Hitting a nice once that you capped perfectly is an adrenaline rush like no other. Shitty weather here in South Florida, so have plenty of time to cap.

Race 1 has 6 first time starters out of 7 entered.
#4 Yaqui Valley has raced twice but will try grass for the first time. Not much data, so I look at breeding along with the jockey/trainer /owner combinations.
Pletcher has Saez on #1 & Irad on #7. Shug who has #5 hasn't got a winner yet.
I'll be playing #4 & watch where the early money goes on the first timers & see what else to add in the doubles.
Race 2 has 7 going & trainer/owner Jacobson has the the entry. 1A won his last in the slop @ Penn. #2 his last 6 have been dull. #3 scratched today to go in this one Saturday, This guy is dropping for Lina Rice. #4 won his last & moves up in company but gets Javier. #5 has been away 3 months but has banked 370k & gets Irad up. #6 is my sneaky pick in the race. Should have won 2 races back when he was heavily bet & he ran a decent 4tht in is last after getting bumped/steadied @ 48-1. Love that Saez stays aboard for Rudy Rod. #7 has won 3 in a row in the Ellis Park/Churchill meet. Have to catch this one.
Will post plays tomorrow..

Race 3 ..Johnny V is off all of his mounts today & Prat hops up on #4 here. #10 was a well bet beaten favorite claimed off Chad Brown for 16k in his last & picks up Julian to ride. 20-1 ML makes him interesting. #13 get in the race with the scratch of #12. #1 has been away 9 months for trainer/owner Joe Sharp; #2 won his last & moves up with Javier; #3 has won 1 of 17; #5 has been very dull; #6 like the breeding, shortens up but has also been dull. Like the jock change on the turf to Lezcano; #7 was eased in his last which was 2 months ago; #8 tries grass for the first time & was claimed 2 races back for 30k; #9 was a beaten fav in his last for trainer Mark Henning who is doing well at the SPA so far #11 is probably the one to beat. #13 has shown early speed but the post doesn't help him.
I'm making a small WPS play on the 20-1 shot # 10

#13 threw Javier off when entering the gate but shot right to the lead when the gates opened. Javier then took her all the way to the wire @8-1. Irad got 2nd on the #6 & his brother ran 3rd.
Exacta 13-6 paid $57.00
