Anybody else having a problem? I requested a $2,000 payout mid March and they have yet to pay. I would warn you from using them. Just excuses:
Once again we severely apologize for this issue.
We have indeed cut ties with the old processor and finishing up remaining payouts, as much as we would like to, we cannot issue a check because the money was already sent and is in transit. A double credit might happen which will complicate things.
We highly appreciate your patience in this matter and guarantee this will not happen again.
