Bp313 is chinese guy trying to make quick score . Have proof of bets matched at topnotch site that most do not have access too. Yes , some small timers have been at this game a very long time and can spot a rat from a distance !

Also if you have been a part of a PPH site for awhile your reputation/time/money is on the darn line if client is not paid. I guess most posters do not understand this concept . PPH sites will nowadays shut you down if client is not paid, so it is always good idea for client to talk to guys at PPH site and agent . Not everything is a scam. You need to investigate and do homework not spread BS.
