Recently some other posters were having this problem at SBR. And are being BANNED IMMEDIATELY by SBR and their admins.
I recently had an issue with a payout from them, and filed a formal complaint with them, then replied on a few threads of bettors with the EXACT same problem. THey BANNED all members participating in the thread and deleted it. IGNORED my payout dispute request as a 10 year old account and BANNED the entire IP from ever registering with NO explasnation.
They are too afraid and too big of pussies to even respond to the 10+ inquiries.
They are in tight with this sportsbook whose problems are well documented. And CONSTANTLY supress problems and ignore complaint forms against 5Dimes, of which there are many.
A simple search of: Google, SBR, Covers, Bettingreview -- shows MASSIVE fraud and cover ups with 5Dimes.
I would suggest stay away from both especially 5d, and at SBR complaining will get you banned. If your having unauthorized charges on your card be sure to post about them also and keep 5dimes complaints up and running.
