I'm looking for a long standing book that has a good reputation; one that's been around awhile and verified so I know they won't just disappear with my money.
I also need them to deal in Bitcoins, even though it's volatile it's necessary.
Any suggestions or personal experience is greatly appreciated!

Cris has been excellent with Bitcoins. They recently suspended Bitcoin payouts, not exactly sure why and/or for how long. Others I've used Bitcoin with include: 5 Dimes, Heritage, Youwager, Jazz. No issues to report with any of them.

As I have posted numerous times Heritage is by far the best Sportsbook in the world. Youwager falls at the other end of the spectrum and this is spoken from personal experience.
SNITCHES end up being bitches, or end up with stitches, and in ditches! #REALITY

Heritage limits your stakes to pennies if you're sharp. Haven't ever heard of a Cris doing that. Payments in/out of Heritage are solid though.
Do you care to elaborate on your above statement about Heritage, as I have taken tens of thousands of dollars from them over the past few years and have never been limited, so I would very much appreciate you sharing the details of your experiences with them.

just cause you have taken "thousands" from them if you have deposited "thousands" as well means nothing.
customers get limited if they are up big on them and / or they are beating closing lines / chasing steam
i use VPN and family / friends names to still play at heritage but they have cut off 5-7 of my accounts since last september.

honestly depends on a lot thats why these questions never get answer appropriately
are you winner? (not me being a smartass ... will you crush the book or you just a recreational player and / or loser - do not take offense just most gamblers lose)
will you be beating the closing line / chasing steam?
you a smaller player? bigger player?
what sports you bet?
do you want bonuses?
you have to answer these questions yourself and do research on what books fit you.
when these questions are asked people answer with what works for them but everyone is different.
alot of squares in here say 5dimes / heritage but they boot winners. if you are a recreational / smaller player then both of those choices will fit you just fine

Great answer, thank you for that.
Bankroll of about 2 grand, but have made over 10x my investment because I'm very sharp when it come's to the NFL, NBA I'm working on a system nearing 70% so I'm planning on continuing to win!

Gianfranco knows what he's talking about. Many different factors play into a book limiting you. All in all, it comes down to whether you're deemed "uneconomical" (Bet365 quote) or not. You can lose an infinite amount to any book out there. But winning...haha not so much.
