I made a $40 deposit, but it came up with an error message . So I tried to deposit $40 again and it worked this time :)
However my bank account was charged $80. So i called bovada customer service 2 times, and got the same lame response both times "we did not charge you twice, one is pending preauthorization." However, when that occurs, I see it as a pending transaction in my account, but my account indicated the charge went through.
I called my bank and asked what I should do, and they said I should file a Credit Dispute. So now the bank will be sending me a new Debit Card and refunding me the $40 and disputing with the company.
So what will the outcome of this be?
