Heritage Sign up/Contact Number

Just tried to sign up to move over from 5Dimes. Said they would call me with a security code to enter. Never got the call. Tried it again and they asked me to call their 800. Their 800 was not in service.

Anybody have these issues?

Now to give you an accurate piece of advice, Heritage Sportsbook is the best in the business. There is a reason you very rarely find a bad review on them. In the years I have been with them, and I am a above average player, I have only had a few issues with them, with the biggest being that a large payout they sent to me in money orders was stolen from my mailbox which sits at the end of a major road. They did send the payout as it had a tracking number showing it was delivered to my address, but my problem was the money orders were left blank, and the priority mail was not sent to me requiring a signature upon delivery to ensure that I recieve it. When I found out there was no way for Heritage to track the money orders, I requested a change in there policy of requiring a signature upon delivery, but they just blew my suggestion off, which was really disappointing to me, as my suggestion would have been beneficial to them and to there clients.

Despite the loss of the money, and a couple others things that they do that I disagree with, they are without a doubt the best Sportsbook in the world today, they provide great lines, the opportunity to buy many points if you so choose, they have good english speaking customer services reps, they offer football lines early on Sunday evenings depending on what time zone you live in, they offer many different types of wagering, payouts and deposits, and they do payout large sums of money.
