Cannot believe the only other post I've seen on the internet about this is from this one:

When I try to sign up, and fill out the application with all the info, then hit submit, all I get is a little spinning circle of white balls as if it's processing, but never responds
I've tried 3 different browsers, disabled ad block, disabled firewall, and the result is the same.
I emailed them, and they gave me a number to call and a ticket number, which was to their sales department, when this is an IT issue. They had no fuhhking idea what ticket number I was referring to, and no ability to solve the problem
Heritage is supposed to be a top 2 book for Americans, especially for reduced juice, and I can't even sign-up there
Any solution?
